John Douglas Insurance is growing, and we’re looking for a Call Center Manager to lead our outbound sales team.

This role is perfect for someone who understands sales, call center technology, and how to coach people to perform at a high level.

If you’ve managed dialers, written scripts, and trained agents—and want to build something meaningful—we want to hear from you.

 

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage our call center sales team
  • Run and optimize our predictive dialer system
  • Write, test, and improve call scripts
  • Coach agents using call reviews and performance data
  • Set expectations, track results, and drive daily execution
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales experience (phone-based preferred)
  • Experience managing or coaching sales teams
  • Comfort with call center technology and CRMs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to hold people accountable while building a positive culture
