Tyler and Eric from the John Douglas Insurance Agency in Fl spent over an hour getting me set up on the Affordable Care act, with the best coverage and lowest premium... all the phone. They even patched me through to the ACA.GOV for a 3-way call to confirm everything. Tyler really went above and beyond and provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much for one of your employees. his name is Mark costa. my husband is at retirement age and we knew it was time to apply for his social security retirement. neither of us have EVER spoken to anyone about retirement, Medicare or anything that goes along with it (much less all the ootions). mark helped with the entire process. he is a very patient and knowledgeable man on this subject. he was able to answer any question I had. therefore, he is an invaluable employee!!!! even though we have reached the end of the application process, mark offered his help and guidance if there are any questions. when it is my turn to go through this same phase in life, I will definitely be contacting mark again. furthermore, several people at my place of employment are coming to the age they are considering retirement and social security. I have been working with Jamie Dyess for a few months with signing my husband and I up for a medical plan. When she first called, I thought it was someone who just wanted to sell me a plan. It was the complete opposite. She was fantastic at guiding me patiently through the options and then enrollment. I can’t imagine trying to do this without expert help. Jamie was absolutely amazing in helping me find the best plan that worked for our family. I tried picking one on my own and realized very quick how confusing everything was. She replied to me faster than I expected and was able to get us into a better plan versus the one I actually chose. She was very nice and extremely professional. I was hitting so many roadblocks trying to get my grandson, a fulltime college student health and dental insurance. After contacting many call centers for health care I was not having any success.
