So I recently had my phone in hand and accidentally returned a missed call about insurance. When I heard my name I decided to go through with the call. Being a past employee of John Douglas Insurance during Open Enrollment let me again brag about their agents. Ms. Donna successfully found me a health plan for 2026 with all of my ailments and medication and device needs for me personally. I received the most awesome customer service from agent Jaime Dyess. This was kind of customer service that you do not receive any more from anywhere. She was helpful, knowledgeable and caring. She went above and beyond, even when it did not benefit her. She knows her business, will answer your questions completely and believe it or not she does not read from a cue card, speaks proper English and when your call is complete, you feel accomplished. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much for one of your employees. his name is Mark costa. my husband is at retirement age and we knew it was time to apply for his social security retirement. neither of us have EVER spoken to anyone about retirement, Medicare or anything that goes along with it (much less all the ootions). mark helped with the entire process. he is a very patient and knowledgeable man on this subject. he was able to answer any question I had. therefore, he is an invaluable employee!!!! even though we have reached the end of the application process, mark offered his help and guidance if there are any questions. when it is my turn to go through this same phase in life, I will definitely be contacting mark again. furthermore, several people at my place of employment are coming to the age they are considering retirement and social security.
