Call Center Manager

John Douglas Insurance is growing, and we’re looking for a Call Center Manager to lead our outbound sales team.
This role is perfect for someone who understands sales, call center technology, and how to coach people to perform at a high level.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage our call center sales team
- Run and optimize our predictive dialer system
- Write, test, and improve call scripts
- Coach agents using call reviews and performance data
- Set expectations, track results, and drive daily execution
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (phone-based preferred)
- Experience managing or coaching sales teams
- Comfort with call center technology and CRMs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to hold people accountable while building a positive culture
