It's not often you get an outstanding experience with Florida Blue but today we got 3 English Speaking representitives who all went out of their way to help me in getting new insurance From Brie making sure we didn't want to cancel to Mrs Westling, to Tyler ~ Searching for insurance isn't the thing you look forward to doing but they made the task a good thing. Tyler really helped in finding a plan that works with my DR and Copay's. His parents must have been terriorists, cause he's the BOMB! Thanks

I called back the number expecting it to be another scam call, but was surprised by how polite the spokesperson was, reassuring that it wasn't a scam lol! Was very excited to help me adjust some things about my plan that I was unhappy with. I’m not very knowledgeable about insurance stuff and his advice and explanations made me feel confident that I could “blindly” change my plan and not get bamboozled. I was hitting so many roadblocks trying to get my grandson, a fulltime college student health and dental insurance. After contacting many call centers for health care I was not having any success.
