Wow!! Had major issue’s w Health Ins. From the begin of this year, I was put intouch w Donna from John Douglas last mo. and All I can say is she is Amazing! Super informative, knowledgeable and Most imp. Nice. She got me all setup w Blue cross blue shield W an Amazing Plan that no other brokers were even able to come close to! In Addition to getting me in she did it all, while Open Enrollment was Closed! Set me all up spent hrs on phone w me and then even called back a couple days later to make sure I was good. She gave me a confirm on all info in system and gave me my temp I’d cards! Health Ins Sucks and dealing w it Sucks even more , Having a Rep like Donna really made it all sooo much easier! Kudos to Donna and the team over at John Douglas for going above and beyond. Ty! If you’re reading this and need ins. Look no Further , Give John Douglas a Call and Ask for Donna, She’s sure to get you right!!! Ty Donna!

It's not often you get an outstanding experience with Florida Blue but today we got 3 English Speaking representitives who all went out of their way to help me in getting new insurance From Brie making sure we didn't want to cancel to Mrs Westling, to Tyler ~ Searching for insurance isn't the thing you look forward to doing but they made the task a good thing. Tyler really helped in finding a plan that works with my DR and Copay's. His parents must have been terriorists, cause he's the BOMB! Thanks

Jamie was absolutely amazing in helping me find the best plan that worked for our family. I tried picking one on my own and realized very quick how confusing everything was. She replied to me faster than I expected and was able to get us into a better plan versus the one I actually chose. She was very nice and extremely professional. I was hitting so many roadblocks trying to get my grandson, a fulltime college student health and dental insurance. After contacting many call centers for health care I was not having any success.
