Jamie Dyess has been the BEST insurance agent we have ever worked with. I was hitting so many roadblocks trying to get my grandson, a fulltime college student health and dental insurance. After contacting many call centers for health care I was not having any success. With a google search for local healthcare agencies I found John Douglas Insurance and was referred to Brook. She has been a breath of fresh air and worked me through the process. Jamie is incredible. She is so sweet and knowledgeable, it was really obvious she cares about what she does and the folks she works with. I went from "why am I getting this call?" to feeling like we were besties and getting medical, vision and dental insurance through her. I'm a complete idiot when it comes to insurance and she took the time to explain everything and I left that conversation confident that she'd have my back if I needed any help in the future.
