I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much for one of your employees. his name is Mark costa. my husband is at retirement age and we knew it was time to apply for his social security retirement. neither of us have EVER spoken to anyone about retirement, Medicare or anything that goes along with it (much less all the ootions). mark helped with the entire process. he is a very patient and knowledgeable man on this subject. he was able to answer any question I had. therefore, he is an invaluable employee!!!! even though we have reached the end of the application process, mark offered his help and guidance if there are any questions. when it is my turn to go through this same phase in life, I will definitely be contacting mark again. furthermore, several people at my place of employment are coming to the age they are considering retirement and social security. I will highly recommend mark to them. so, in closing, thank you again.

I have been working with Jamie Dyess for a few months with signing my husband and I up for a medical plan. When she first called, I thought it was someone who just wanted to sell me a plan. It was the complete opposite. She was fantastic at guiding me patiently through the options and then enrollment. I can’t imagine trying to do this without expert help. Being a young mom I was needing to find good coverage for my child and myself, I’ve been putting off going to doctors myself as I wasn’t able to afford a huge medical bill but thankfully Mark helped me find insurance that I could afford so I’m able to go to the doctors that I need too! I was having frustrations with FL medicaid's denial/appoval insanity. Ms. Rodrigues took the time to sort it out for me with the alternatives that fit our family(medicaid was not having us this time). I was hitting so many roadblocks trying to get my grandson, a fulltime college student health and dental insurance. After contacting many call centers for health care I was not having any success. With a google search for local healthcare agencies I found John Douglas Insurance and was referred to Brook. She has been a breath of fresh air and worked me through the process. Jamie is incredible. She is so sweet and knowledgeable, it was really obvious she cares about what she does and the folks she works with. I went from "why am I getting this call?" to feeling like we were besties and getting medical, vision and dental insurance through her.
