I came across this gem by chance. I don’t usually answer calls I don’t recognize but for some reason I did and I’m thankful! She has gone above and beyond to help me with my plan. She is very attentive, pleasant, professional, personable, caring, down to earth and most importantly, she is super helpful with question and every need I had in regards to my plan. Jamie was absolutely amazing in helping me find the best plan that worked for our family. I tried picking one on my own and realized very quick how confusing everything was. She replied to me faster than I expected and was able to get us into a better plan versus the one I actually chose. She was very nice and extremely professional. She made sure I understood everything and explained anything that I didn't. If you struggle to navigate the many plans available, don't waste a lot of unnecessary hours and just reach out to her! I was hitting so many roadblocks trying to get my grandson, a fulltime college student health and dental insurance. After contacting many call centers for health care I was not having any success.
