I came across this gem by chance. I don’t usually answer calls I don’t recognize but for some reason I did and I’m thankful! She has gone above and beyond to help me with my plan. She is very attentive, pleasant, professional, personable, caring, down to earth and most importantly, she is super helpful with question and every need I had in regards to my plan. She answers emails and phone calls in a timely manner too. I trust Jamie and recommend to anyone needing some assistance. You won’t regret it!

I was hitting so many roadblocks trying to get my grandson, a fulltime college student health and dental insurance. After contacting many call centers for health care I was not having any success. With a google search for local healthcare agencies I found John Douglas Insurance and was referred to Brook. She has been a breath of fresh air and worked me through the process.
