Was very excited to help me adjust some things about my plan that I was unhappy with. I’m not very knowledgeable about insurance stuff and his advice and explanations made me feel confident that I could “blindly” change my plan and not get bamboozled. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much for one of your employees. his name is Mark costa. my husband is at retirement age and we knew it was time to apply for his social security retirement. neither of us have EVER spoken to anyone about retirement, Medicare or anything that goes along with it (much less all the ootions). mark helped with the entire process. he is a very patient and knowledgeable man on this subject. he was able to answer any question I had. therefore, he is an invaluable employee!!!! even though we have reached the end of the application process, mark offered his help and guidance if there are any questions. when it is my turn to go through this same phase in life, I will definitely be contacting mark again. furthermore, several people at my place of employment are coming to the age they are considering retirement and social security. I have been working with Jamie Dyess for a few months with signing my husband and I up for a medical plan. When she first called, I thought it was someone who just wanted to sell me a plan. It was the complete opposite. She was fantastic at guiding me patiently through the options and then enrollment. I can’t imagine trying to do this without expert help. Jamie is incredible!! I was going through a very scary situation with my parents' insurance, but Jamie saved the day. I remembered back in January when I first spoke with her about my insurance and knew that she was who I needed to call. She was so kind, understanding, and knowledgable every step of the way. Jamie is incredible. She is so sweet and knowledgeable, it was really obvious she cares about what she does and the folks she works with. I went from "why am I getting this call?" to feeling like we were besties and getting medical, vision and dental insurance through her. I'm a complete idiot when it comes to insurance and she took the time to explain everything and I left that conversation confident that she'd have my back if I needed any help in the future.
