Dustin DeLain, better known as Doc, prides himself on his commitment to the highest attainable level of customer service. A proud FAMU alumni, he credits his education for instilling this desire to excel. His ability to actively listen to his clients allows him to find the right coverage for each client’s needs. Doc gets a great sense of pleasure from educating his clients on the ever-changing Insurance landscape, ultimately setting the stage for a long-term partnership with all of his clients.
As an avid reader, one can generally find Doc with a book in hand. Doc is an active member of his community and proud to call the Seven Hills of Tallahassee home; he looks forward to cementing his future with John Douglas Insurance and building a better tomorrow for his community.
